A huge disclaimer that I recognize that the capitalistic framework we are under can make it challenging to give ourselves what we need. There are systemic factors at work that impact us and that can bring challenges to caring for ourselves and walking our own pace.

So I invite each of us to see where we can weave in even a little more of what we need in life, and to challenge the thought-patterns that may have been taught to us about being “on” all the time, about hustle, and about being productive.

She spent time in India where she completed trainings in Ayurveda, yoga, massage &amp; Reiki healing. She currently lives in Mexico and continues to deepen her knowledge around the natural world with herbalism, mycology, permaculture &amp; bio-construction.

I struggled for about 20 years with incredibly painful periods, so this exploration started out of necessity (I get it, it can still be a bit taboo to talk about our periods, our inner moon times. I could not believe what happened in my life when I began really living cyclically. 


My intuition went off the charts (at certain times of the month), I finally learned more about leaning into my boundaries and I felt this inexplicable deep sense of coming home to myself. 


While this episode isn&#39;t a &#34;10 Steps to Painfree Periods&#34; kinda thing (healing often needs to go much deeper than this)...you will learn about how one&#39;s energies, sensitivities, and boundaries can shift throughout the month. 


 And how to begin tracking these shifts to begin to honor your inner rhythms for greater calmness, clarity, and centredness in life.
