Fast forward to the 1990s and we were introduced to the concept of emotional intelligence. We were told that how we manage our emotions is even more important than our IQ. And then came 2000 and our understanding of the facets of intelligence was further broadened when the idea of spiritual intelligence emerged.

SQ – Spiritual quotient is going beyond your cognitive and emotional skills. It is acknowledging your mortality and thinking of what you could offer humanity. A robust understanding of SQ motivates people to balance their work commitments, time with family and inner growth.

Conversations in this podcast will deep dive into practical applications of spiritual principles to lead a happy &amp; healthy life-how can I build inner strength to face challenges in life when people and situations are not my way? How can I change the rude and dominating behaviour of others? How to create a stable mind, emotionally unshakeable? How can I manifest my desires into reality? among others.

It will attempt to bust common myths and belief systems that are harmful to us, but that we’ve been following, unaware, &amp; provide healthier alternatives instead-“competition-does it really exist?”, “no one can hurt you, except you”, “controlling people is power?” etc.

Finally, this podcast will attempt to pique the interest of minds that are curious about the world around them, and are looking for meaning and clarity in everything around-the purpose of life, where we all came from, why were we born into this family, is there anything as soulmates, who is God?

Spirituality and life are not two different paths. Spirituality is the foundation pillar of a fulfilling life.
