Theory 1: Wiccan (William "Billy" Kaplan-Altman)[1] is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character has been depicted as a member of the Young Avengers, a team of teenage superheroes, as well as Strikeforce and New Avengers. Created by writer Allan Heinberg and artist Jim Cheung, the character first appeared in Young Avengers #1 (April 2005).[4] The character's appearance is patterned on that of two prominent Marvel superheroes, Thor and Scarlet Witch (Wiccan's mother), both of whom are members of the Avengers. Like the Scarlet Witch, Wiccan possesses powerful magical abilities which make him a key member of his superhero team.

Theory 2: The Child of Agatha Harkness. Agatha Harkness is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Fantastic Four #94 (October 1969).[1] Agatha Harkness is a powerful witch and one of the original witches from the Salem witch trials.[2] The character debuted as the governess of Franklin Richards and as an ally of the Fantastic Four.[3] She trained the Scarlet Witch / Wanda Maximoff in the art of magic.[4] She is the mother of the supervillain Nicholas Scratch. Agatha Harkness has also been a member of the Daughters of Liberty.[5] Initially an elderly woman, she managed to become young again and increased her strength.[6]

Kathryn Hahn portrayed Agatha Harkness in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) live-action miniseries WandaVision (2021), and reprised her role as the star of the spin-off series Agatha All Along (2024).

Theory 3: He's Mephisto (all along)! Mephisot is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character first appeared in Silver Surfer #3 (December 1968),[2] and was created by Stan Lee and John Buscema and based on Mephistopheles: a demon character from the Faust legend, who has sometimes been referred to as Mephisto. Introduced as a recurring adversary of the Silver Surfer and Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze), Mephisto has also endured as one of Spider-Man's most prominent adversaries, being responsible for Norman and Harry Osborn's respective transformations into the Green Goblin and Kindred; and for the superhero's loss of his marriage to Mary Jane Watson, considering their future daughter Spider-Girl his archenemy. Mephisto has often come into conflict with Doctor Strange, Doctor Doom, Scarlet Witch and other heroes of the Marvel Universe, being responsible both for the creation of the Cosmic Ghost Rider and the descents of Phil Coulson and Otto Octavius into villainy.

On the morning of her 18th birthday, Jubilee and Roberto are transported into a video game by Mojo. With the help of a digital copy of Jubilee from the game's beta version named Abscissa, the pair fight their way through the game and defeat Mojo before Spiral sends them back to the real world. Afterward, Jubilee kisses Roberto. Meanwhile, Storm heads to Forge's ranch to undergo a procedure meant to restore her powers, but it fails. After he admits to previously inventing power nullifying technology, an enraged Storm tries to leave only to be brought back by the Adversary.

One year after Professor Charles Xavier left Earth with the Shi'ar,^[a] the X-Men continue their mission to defend mutants and humans alike and go on to become legally sanctioned by the United Nations (UN). Additionally, Jean Grey has become pregnant while support for mutants has grown. After the X-Men save a young mutant named Roberto da Costa from the Friends of Humanity (FoH), Jean sees that they were outfitted with Sentinel tech and probes Henry Peter Gyrich's mind for the location of the Sentinels' creator, Bolivar Trask. Despite succeeding, she receives a horrifying premonition while doing so. The team later find Trask at a junkyard in the Sahara, where he is rebuilding his Sentinels with the aid of a lobotomized Master Mold. After defeating the Sentinels and apprehending Trask, Cyclops and Jean ponder leaving the team to raise their son away from mutant hatred. The following day, Magneto reveals Xavier's will, in which Xavier gave him control of the Institute and entrusted him with leading the X-Men.

While trying to live up to Xavier's legacy, Magneto has taken to saving humans and mutants alike and refraining from killing anti-mutant militants. Distrustful of him, Cyclops and Jean stay to observe Magneto while Rogue sympathizes with his struggles. When UN forces led by Valerie Cooper arrive at the Institute to arrest Magneto for his past terrorism, he surrenders peacefully, hoping to gain the X-Men and humanity's trust. During his trial at the UN's headquarters, the FoH stage an assault on the building. Their leader, X-Cutioner, attempts to shoot a de-powering radiation blast at Magneto, but Storm takes the hit for him. Magneto stops the assault, after which the UN grants him a pardon and discuss the possibility of integrating the mutant nation Genosha. Meanwhile, Jean goes into labor and Rogue is forced to absorb an obstetrician's knowledge when he refuses to deliver a mutant's baby. Jean gives birth to a son, whom she names Nathan. When Beast informs Storm that X-Cutioner's blast de-powered her permanently, she leaves the team to find new meaning in life. While discussing her decision, the X-Men are surprised by the sudden arrival of a woman who looks identical to Jean.

Jaw-dropping bending battles, a satisfying, if not rushed, conclusion, and some good hype to set the stage for the next chapter of Aang's quest to bring balance to the world.

Luffy and his crew arrive at Conomi Island and learn that Coco Village is under constant rule by Arlong and his pirates. They locate Nojiko, Nami's adoptive sister who reveals that the two of them lost their adoptive mother to Arlong. Meanwhile, Garp arrives at Baratie and demands answers from Zeff over Luffy's whereabouts and admits that he does not want to lose his grandson the same way as Gold Roger. Koby comes clean to Helmeppo about Garp's relation to Luffy as a bartender informs them where Luffy is. Arlong is revealed to be paying off Marine Captain Nezumi to keep quiet about their actions and vows his intent to destroy all humans. Nami is revealed to have accumulated 100 million berries to pay off Arlong and save Coco Village. However, Arlong orders Nezumi to confiscate the money, much to Nami's horror. Angered and at the end of her rope, Nami asks Luffy for help, and he affirms that he will help her. Luffy, Zoro, Usopp, and Sanji notice that Arlong is now attacking Coco Village.

Loki discovers that he is uncontrollably warping across time in the Time Variance Authority (TVA) headquarters. In the past, the TVA attempts to apprehend Loki. In the present, Loki reunites with Mobius M. Mobius and warns him of the threat of the many variants of He Who Remains, the TVA's creator. Loki and Mobius go to meet TVA technician Ouroboros "O. B.", who deduces that Loki is "time slipping", a phenomenon possibly caused by branching timelines dangerously overloading the Temporal Loom after the death of He Who Remains. To stop Loki's time slipping, O. B. instructs Mobius to approach the Temporal Loom with the Temporal Aura Extractor device to extract Loki from the time stream as Loki prunes himself. Loki time slips to the future, where the TVA is being evacuated. Loki briefly encounters Sylvie before he is pruned by someone at the last possible second. Mobius successfully pulls Loki from the time stream, and the two of them set out to find Sylvie, just as many TVA hunters are ordered by General Dox to search for her. In a mid-credit scene, Sylvie enters a branched timeline in Broxton, Oklahoma in 1982, and visits a McDonald's restaurant.

Luffy has Zeff treat Zoro's wounds, but he is unsure if he will live. Nami is convinced to speak to him in an effort to keep him tethered to life and admits to pushing friends away. Sanji tells Luffy and Usopp his history with Zeff and his dream to find All Blue, an area of ocean where all fish exist. Koby learns about Garp and Luffy's connection via Mihawk and while he convinces Garp that Luffy will never change, he decides to lead the Marines into capturing him regardless. Arlong suddenly appears at Baratie with his crewmates Chew and Kuroobi in search of Luffy, having taken Buggy's head hostage to find him (he hid his ear in Luffy's hat). Luffy is severely beaten and Nami reveals that she is a member of Arlong's crew and hands the Grand Line map to him and leaves. Luffy believes he has failed as a captain until Zoro regains consciousness, convincing them to go after Nami. Zeff convinces Sanji to leave and he officially joins the Straw Hats. As Zoro and Usopp question how to find Arlong, Luffy reveals that he stole Buggy's head.

Luffy manages to deter the Marines by bouncing one of their cannon balls back at their mast as the Straw Hats escape through a fog. As the crew question Luffy's family connection to Garp, they end up at a floating restaurant called Baratie and meet chef and waiter Sanji who has a strong love for cooking. When Luffy is incapable of paying the bill, the owner Zeff puts him to work as a dishwasher to pay off his meals. Garp hires Warlord Dracule Mihawk to bring Luffy in alive. Koby overhears and Helmeppo informs him about the Seven Warlords of the Sea who have hidden ties to the government when they need to get their hands dirty. Luffy sticks up for Sanji when Zeff refuses to have him cook. Mihawk arrives to take Luffy in, but Zoro challenges him to a sword duel to prove he is the greatest. Nami considers running away, but changes her mind to support her friend. Zoro viciously loses against Mihawk, who decides not to kill him and leaves Luffy alone when he sees their determination. Zoro falls unconsious after the fight.

"Part Five: Shadow Warrior": Syndulla arrives on Seatos, where she finds Ahsoka and Wren gone. While investigating alongside his mother, Jacen Syndulla senses that Ahsoka is in the World Between Worlds, thus revealing his own connection with the Force. In the in-between space, Anakin explains to Ahsoka that he had been watching her through the Force and deduces that her loss with Skoll is partially due to her unresolved guilt over the events that drove them apart. Ahsoka loses a duel with Anakin and relives fragments of her past during the Clone Wars, during which she grows concerned that her legacy will only be one of fighting. Believing Anakin's teachings includes his legacy as Darth Vader, she initially refuses him, determined to not be held back by the past, which leads to another duel between them. Finally understanding that she wasn't involved in Anakin's downfall and that her legacy is her own choice, Ahsoka chooses to live and continue fighting. Ahsoka is recovered by Syndulla's crew, and through her powers she learns that Wren is with Skoll. Syndulla is contacted by Mothma, who informs her that New Republic forces are en route to take her and Ahsoka into custody. As the Republic fleet detachment arrives, Ahsoka recruits a pod of Purrgil to take her and Huyang to Ezra and Sabine, while Syndulla, Jacen, and Chopper stay behind.

In need of a new boat, the newly dubbed Straw Hat Crew stop by the Gecko Islands in Syrup Village to see if they can acquire a larger vessel. A rowdy young man named Usopp, who has a habit of declaring that pirates are coming on a daily basis, works at the ship yard and learns of Luffy and his crew's need for a boat. Knowing the owner, a sickly rich girl named Kaya, he takes them to see her about possibly selling a ship to them. Despite Usopp's wily ways, he and Kaya are good friends, though Zoro is suspicious of Kaya's butler Klahadore. Elsewhere, Garp takes a liking to Koby and has him challenge himself and his loyalty to the Marines. They soon pick up word over Luffy's whereabouts and Garp asks that Koby lead the charge. Luffy and Usopp bond over knowing the latter's father Yasopp, while Nami meets with Kaya and discuss their personal opinions about one another. Klahadore is revealed to be Kuro of the Black Cat pirates and kills Kaya's servant Merry. When confronted by Zoro and Usopp, Zoro is knocked out while Usopp runs away to get help. No one believes his cries except for Koby who has arrived with the Marines.

Luffy, Zoro, and Nami are captured by Buggy the Clown, a pirate who has imprisoned the people of Orange Town in his own personal circus. Luffy manages to swallow the map before capture and learns of Buggy's ties to Red-Haired Shanks, Luffy's idol. Flashback reveals that Shanks had rescued Luffy from a mountain bandit named Higuma, but lost his arm in the process. Shanks gave Luffy his straw hat so that he can achieve his dream of being King of the Pirates. Buggy attempts to drown Luffy in a tank of seawater, but Zoro and Nami, spurned by Luffy's optimism, escape and rescue him. Buggy, who ate the Chop Chop fruit and can split himself apart, has his body parts locked in boxes as Luffy launches him away, freeing the town. Meanwhile, Koby meets with Garp who deduces that he was with pirates prior to joining the Marines, but allows him to stay due to his honesty. In turn Morgan is punished for lying about the attack on the base. While sailing away, Nami contacts someone about having the map in her possession.

Following the execution of famed pirate captain Gold Roger, pirates have taken to the sea to search for his hidden treasure called the "One Piece". Years later, upstart pirate Monkey D. Luffy is among those searching for the treasure and winds up on the pirate ship of the cruel Alvida. He meets her mistreated cabin boy Coby, who actually desires to join the Marines. Using elasticity powers inherited from eating a Devil Fruit, Luffy defeats Alvida and leaves with Coby where they head to the Marine base located in Shells Town to get a map to the Grand Line. They witness pirate hunter Roronoa Zoro defending a young girl from Helmeppo, the son of Marine captain Axe-Hand Morgan. As punishment, Zoro is set to set to hang in the sun for seven days. Luffy frees Zoro after seeing the good in him and then runs into cat burglar Nami who is also after the map. All three team up to battle Morgan and his crew and defeat them swiftly. Afterwards, Coby parts ways with Luffy after informing him that he is staying to fulfill his dream of being a Marine as Luffy, Zoro, and Nami carry off the safe containing the map.

BUT THEN...

Barry, Iris, and a group of D.O.E. agents inspecting S.T.A.R. Labs get trapped in the speed lab. When Barry notes that a "time magnet" will be stored in the Flash Museum in 2123, the group deduces that one of them must have stolen the magnet from the future without its stabilizer, trapping them in the same moment. As one of the agents is replaced by a statue, the group realizes that exposure to the time magnet will eventually kill them. Barry and Iris realize that Inspector Tao knows nothing about her job and expose her as the thief. She reveals herself as Lady Chronos. Barry charges her belt so she can reunite the magnet with its stabilizer in 2123 and convinces her to let herself be arrested instead of dying. The timeline resets, freeing Barry and Iris and restoring the agents with no memories of the events. Meanwhile, Khione meets with Carla Tannhauser off-screen. After Chester tells Allegra that he loves her, she worries about her future with him. Cecile convinces her that their relationship is not doomed and she later admits her love to Chester.

Vadic locks all the systems aboard the Titan from the crew. She threatens to execute the crew if Jack does not surrender, which he does after she kills a lieutenant. Data's persona breaks the partition from Lore's persona, and, realizing he cannot overpower Lore, surrenders his memories, which consume Lore and allow Data full control of the android. The rest of the crew rush to the computer core to plug Data into the Titan's systems, which he manipulates to protect Jack and vent the bridge, killing Vadic. Seven blows up the Shrike. Worf rescues Riker and Troi, bringing them aboard the Titan, and reuniting the crew of the Enterprise-D. Troi encourages Jack to confront his past and reveal his powers.

Gorian Shard invades Nevarro in retaliation for Vane's expulsion, and Greef Karga contacts Carson Teva. Suspecting that the attack is a prelude to a new rise of the Empire, Teva informs Colonel Tuttle. But when Tuttle shows indifference, he tracks down the Mandalorian covert and asks Din Djarin for help. Djarin convinces the covert to come to Karga's aid despite their prior confrontations with him, and Bo-Katan assumes command of the attack force. As the Mandalorians overcome the pirates, Vane flees, Shard is killed, and the remaining ones are detained. The Mandalorians are welcomed back by Karga and the people, and move back into their old enclave. The Armorer meets with Bo-Katan, acknowledging the Mythosaur's reappearance as an omen that Bo-Katan is the one who can reunite all Mandalorians, and bids her to remove her helmet to symbolize this new position. On his way back to Adelphi, Teva encounters the wreckage of Moff Gideon's prison transport which had gone missing during transit. He also finds a fragment of beskar alloy, implying that Mandalorians have broken Gideon out.

Worf and Raffi board the Titan and together with the crew develop and execute a plan to infiltrate Daystrom Station. The Titan is forced to flee after Starfleet ships arrive. Picard seeks out help from Geordi La Forge, his former Chief Engineer, now a Commodore in charge of the Starfleet Museum. The away team is confronted by the sapient holodeck version of Professor James Moriarty, and discovers that a Soong-type android containing the memories of Data, B-4, Lal, Lore, and Altan Soong, is at the heart of Daystrom and also contains the projects database they are looking for. Equipped with a Klingon cloaking device stolen by Jack (who is suffering from Picard's old neurological condition) and La Forge's daughters, the crew returns to Daystrom, where they recover the away team (minus Riker who was captured). They discover that the item stolen by the Changelings was the original dead organic body of Jean-Luc Picard. Riker is brought aboard the Shrike, where he is reunited with his wife Deanna Troi who was also kidnapped by the Changelings.

Djarin introduces Grogu to Mandalorian combat training. Grogu wins a training match, but his opponent, Ragnar Vizsla, is captured by a large pterosaur. Bo-Katan gathers a hunting party, which includes Djarin and Ragnar's father, Paz Vizsla, and leads them to the raptor's nest. The Armorer forges a new piece of Mandalorian armor for Grogu, a rondel bearing Djarin's mudhorn sigil. As she works, Grogu has visions of his rescue from the burning Jedi Temple by Jedi Master Kelleran Beq and sympathetic members of the Naboo Armed Forces. Vizsla's over-eagerness to save Ragnar disrupts Bo-Katan's plan and leads to a difficult aerial rescue in which Bo-Katan and Djarin rescue the boy unharmed, killing the pterosaur, collecting its chicks, and earning the clan's respect. As the Armorer replaces Bo-Katan's pauldron, lost in the scuffle with the pterosaur, Bo-Katan reveals her encounter with the Mythosaur, but the Armorer meets her account with indifferent disbelief.

Several clones imprisoned for disobedience against the Empire, including Howzer, are rescued by a group of rogue clones led by Rex, Echo and Gregor and brought to Coruscant, where Senator Chuchi questions them about their intended fate. With only a few encrypted data scraps recovered in the raid, Echo rejoins the Bad Batch on Pabu. In Mount Tantiss (the transport's destination), Crosshair is interrogated by Hemlock about the whereabouts of the Batch, specifically Omega. He escapes in an inattended moment and sends a warning to his former comrades before being recaptured and subjected to more intense torture. After receiving the message and analyzing the data Echo recovered, the Batch learns about the existence of the Empire's secret Advanced Science Division.

Jack’s visions begin showing him murdering the crew. Riker returns command of the Titan to Shaw. Shaw contacts Starfleet, who promptly send the USS Intrepid to intercept them and take Picard and Riker into custody. The Starfleet officer heading the security team is Ro Laren, who betrayed Starfleet years earlier by defecting to the Maquis, but returned after her imprisonment. Beverly conducts the impostor's autopsy, discovering the Changelings have evolved to hold their shape longer and evade body scanning technology, and notifies Picard, but Ro dragoons him into the holodeck. Ro suspects the Changeling conspiracy compromised Starfleet's highest levels and both Intrepid and Titan. Picard realizes he still trusts her. They reconcile, before Ro gives Picard her earring. Ro pilots her shuttle, but Changeling saboteurs plant a bomb onboard, forcing her to steer into the Intrepid, sacrificing herself. The saboteurs attempt to transport out with Jack, but he is overcome by his visions and shoots them all dead. Picard and Riker realize Ro's earring contains the intelligence she gathered, and a communicator. Worf and Raffi continue their investigation into the M'Talas Prime attack, finding the Vulcan criminal Krinn, who forces them to duel. Raffi seemingly defeats Worf, but Worf manages to kill Krinn's minions, forcing Krinn to give vital information about the attack. Worf contacts Picard and Riker via Ro's earring, just as the Titan flees the Intrepid. Jack admits to Beverly he thinks there’s something wrong with himself.

On Coruscant, Karn starts a new job at the Imperial Standards Bureau. As the ISB gains more draconian surveillance and punitive authority, Meero is challenged by Blevin for breaking protocol around accessing data about thefts from Imperial installations. She persuades her superiors of her work's value and is assigned oversight of Ferrix. Rael's assistant meets with Vel on Coruscant and instructs her to find and kill Cassian to prevent him from revealing Rael's identity. Mon Mothma meets with an old friend at a dinner party and begins the process of using him to help access her family funds. Cassian returns to Ferrix to settle old debts and learns from Bix that the community blames him for the fallout from the Corporate Security crackdown. Cassian unsuccessfully attempts to get Maarva to leave Ferrix with him. Cassian travels to the tropical tourist paradise of Niamos. On a trip to a shop he is confronted by Imperial troops, arrested for minor offenses, and sentenced to six years imprisonment.

Walters takes on a new case, representing Eugene Patilio / Leap-Frog, who wishes to sue Jacobson for having provided him a faulty supersuit. Walters attempts to speak to Jacobson about compensating Patilio, but is met with hostility. Jacobson is represented by Matt Murdock in court, and manages to win the case due to Patilio inadvertently revealing that he disobeyed Jacobson's instructions for using the suit. Walters and Murdock later befriend one another in a bar. Afterwards, Patilio contacts Walters asking for help against an unknown assailant. Walters arrives and battles the assailant, who she discovers to be Murdock as his superhero persona Daredevil. Murdock reveals to Walters that Patilio kidnapped Jacobson, and the two work together to rescue the latter. Jacobson forgives Walters for their previous interaction, while Murdock later sleeps with Walters at her home. The next day, Walters attends the Southern California Law Awards gala where she accepts the Female Lawyer of the Year award, but the gala is interrupted by an Intelligencia broadcast, which smears Walters' reputation by displaying footage of her in bed with Miller. Walters goes into a rage and destroys the gala stage, then attempts to capture an Intelligencia member nearby, but she is stopped by Department of Damage Control (DODC) agents.

Walters goes on several dates with Josh, but he disappears and seemingly ghosts her after they sleep together. While anticipating a text from him, she receives a call from Blonsky's parole officer, who informs her that the inhibitor that stops Blonsky from turning into Abomination is broken and that she has to go to his meditation retreat to check on him. When she arrives at the retreat, Man-Bull and El Águila accidentally destroy her car, forcing her to stay there until it can be towed away. The retreat lacks internet and cell coverage even though Walters continues to nervously await a response from Josh. She attends a group therapy session with Blonsky, Man-Bull, El Águila, Porcupine, Saracen and Wrecker of the Wrecking Crew, where she is convinced to delete Josh's contact information and let go of her feelings towards him. As Walters leaves the retreat, a flashback shows that after she and Josh slept together, he secretly stole a sample of her blood on behalf of "HulkKing".

Returning to Runestone, Daemon murders his estranged wife, Rhea. King Viserys and Rhaenyra sail to the Driftmark to arrange a marriage between the princess and Ser Laenor, and which satisfies Lord Corlys Velaryon regarding the succession. Rhaenyra privately tells Laenor that she understands his sexual orientation and proposes that they amicably perform their royal duties while having lovers. Ser Otto, about to depart King's Landing, tells Queen Alicent that her son must be the heir, otherwise her children's lives will always be threatened if Rhaenyra ascends the throne. Also, Alicent unintentionally learns the truth about Rhaenyra and Ser Criston, but keeps it confidential. At a feast celebrating the forthcoming nuptials, Alicent enters the hall wearing a green gown, the color symbolizing House Hightower's call to war. Ser Gerold Royce confronts Daemon, claiming he murdered his cousin Rhea, which Daemon denies, stating he expects to inherit his late wife's wealth. Laenor's lover, Ser Joffrey Lonmouth, realizing that Ser Criston is Rhaenyra's lover, smugly suggests they guard each other's secrets. Criston, enraged by this, fatally beats Joffrey. Laenor is openly devastated by Joffrey's death. To avert additional scandal, Rhaenyra and Laenor are quickly and privately wed, just as Viserys succumbs to his illness. Later, as Ser Criston is about to kill himself over his misdeed, Queen Alicent appears, halting his suicide.

Summary: 6 months later… When a powerful alien threat arrives on Earth under mysterious circumstances, Barry, Iris and the rest of the team are pushed to their limits in a desperate battle to save the world

Barry dreams about his future daughter Nora West-Allen, leading him to believe Iris is pregnant, so he works on a way to test Iris's hCG levels. Despite Barry wanting to keep it a secret, Cecile and Chester find out. Frost reluctantly brings Mark to S.T.A.R. Labs after he gets injured in a fight. Six Godspeed clones targetting Barry arrive in Central City communicating in modem-speak, so Chester creates a translating algorithm and puts up a forcefield around S.T.A.R. Labs while Frost returns Mark's cryogenic technology to him. When the Godspeeds break through, Chester flees to the Time Vault and has Gideon boost a modem-speak signal to confuse the Godspeeds, allowing Barry, Mark, and Frost to combat them. However, one Godspeed shuts Gideon down, so Barry flees into the city with all six chasing after him. However, another six Godspeeds appear and attack the first six before all of them inexplicably disappear. With Cecile's help in calming down Esperanza, Caitlin removes the Black Hole chip from her. Frost and Mark discuss their near-death experience and nearly share a kiss, but Mark escapes with his tech. Barry finds that Iris isn't pregnant and is consoled by Cecile. Joe and Kramer wonder how she survived the ambush, and are attacked during a stakeout near Creyke's boat.

While out Christmas shopping, Barry is ambushed and kidnapped by DeVoe while Caitlin is kidnapped from Jitters by Amunet. Iris claims they have to look for both of them, despite Wells’ claim that they have insufficient time and resources and that they can only afford to search for one. Barry is held in DeVoe’s lair. Caitlin is forced by Amunet to perform surgery on a metahuman named Dominic Lanse, who can read minds. They try to escape, but Amunet blocks their exit. Caitlin manages to briefly incapacitate Amunet, and she and Dominic flee the building they are being held in. Once outside, they are rescued by Cisco and Ralph, as Iris has chosen to focus on finding Caitlin. Barry manages to escape from DeVoe. Team Flash celebrate Christmas at the West house and Dominic joins them. Barry gets a security alert from his apartment. When he arrives, he receives a phone call from Dominic, who reveals that Amunet re-kidnapped Dominic and DeVoe has transferred his mind into Dominic’s body. Barry discovers DeVoe’s original body dead on his apartment floor and as he realizes DeVoe has framed him for his “murder”, the police arrive and Barry is arrested.

Synopsis: Barry and Joe interrogate DeVoe and his wife to try and get more information. In flashbacks, DeVoe and his wife build a thinking cap to improve his brain capacity, powering it through the particle accelerator explosion. Devoe’s increased brain power accelerates his amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, forcing his wife to build him a special chair to keep him alive. Barry discovers the camera in the Samuroid head and confronts DeVoe, who reveals his true identity, leading to Cisco dubbing him “The Thinker”. Wally returns to Team Flash from Blue Valley.

Synopsis: Barry continues to train Ralph to use his abilities, with Cisco making Ralph a new suit that can stretch as far as he can, while still retaining it’s shape. Another metahuman from the bus named Mina Chayton begins attacking Central City, specifically stealing pieces of Black Bison jewellery, with her abilities of being able to bring statues to life, including a statue of a sabre toothed tiger. When Barry and Ralph catch up to her, she dazes Barry with a caveman statue and attempts a getaway. Ralph chooses to stop her, with damage being caused to power lines, landing a little girl in the hospital. Ralph feels remorse for his actions, but is comforted by Barry. Chayton escapes CCPD, going after the last Black Bison necklace held at the museum. Barry and Ralph confront her, with Chayton claiming the jewellery belonged to her family. She subsequently brings a dinosaur skeleton to life, with Ralph detaining it to protect the security guard. Barry tricks Chayton, by throwing a china bowl into the air, exploiting Chayton’s respect for history, allowing him to arrest her. Ralph reveals he gave the Black Bison jewellery back to Chayton’s family before visiting the little girl in the hospital, using his abilities to entertain her. Meanwhile, in an attempt to make friends, Wells brings several different versions of himself from different Earths to Earth 1. The Council of Wells proves problematic, but eventually manage to figure out that DeVoe is a man named Clifford DeVoe. Barry and Joe head to his residence, to find that Clifford DeVoe is an elderly man in a wheelchair.

Synopsis: While failing to track Devoe, Team Flash is visited by Felicity, who joins Iris’s bachelorette party. Mocking Cisco’s plans for Barry’s bachelor party, Ralph takes the men to a strip club, where they learn that Cecile’s daughter, Joanie, is working. Joe confronts her, who states she is only doing a feminist research. Ralph incites a brawl, leading to the men’s arrest until Harry posts bail. Meanwhile, Amunet’s enforcer, Norvock, demands Caitlin’s return and attacks the women when she refuses. Killer Frost emerges and repels him, later telling Iris that Caitlin accepted Amunet’s employment in exchange for the means to control Frost. Learning that Amunet has a metahuman whose tear is a strong narcotic and intends to sell him, Iris’s party decides to stop her. Though Caitlin refuses to join, she attacks Amunet when seeing her friends in danger. Using a strong magnet, the team robs Amunet’s metal shards, leaving her powerless. Iris dissuades Frost from killing Amunet, who promises revenge. Both parties refuse to tell each other about their adventures. Iris asks Caitlin to be her bridesmaid while Joe convinces Joanie to tell Cecile about her “research”. Devoe captures the “Weeper”.

Gypsy’s father, Breacher, attacks Cisco, vowing to hunt and kill him in 24 hours, allowing the romance should he survive. Team Flash learns that the bus driver was murdered and tracks down another passenger, Ralph Dibny, former corrupt CCPD detective exposed by Barry and currently an infamous private investigator. As two thugs attack Dibny, he is revealed to have the power to stretch. Caitlin stabilizes his powers with a serum. The team learns that Ralph has been blackmailing Mayor Bellows for adultery, with the latter revealed to have hired the thugs. Barry confronts Ralph for his actions while the latter scolds him, claiming to have been a “good cop”. He later stops blackmailing Bellows, who still attempts to kill him while Breacher mistakes the former for a Plastoid, the species that invaded Earth-19 previously, and attacks him. Cisco intervenes and saves Ralph, whom Barry, having revealed his alter-ego, convinces to help arrest an escaping Bellows. Admiring Cisco’s gallantry, Breacher allows the relationship. Barry recruits Ralph for Team Flash and learns that someone named DeVoe instructed Ralph to watch Bellows. Barry remembers that Abra Kadabra and Savitar both mentioned DeVoe. Meanwhile, Caitlin finds a message on her apartment door.v

Synopsis: In flashbacks, the Thinker observes Becky Sharpe, a woman with seemingly unending bad luck, and determines that she will be easily manipulated. In the present, Becky robs a bank, and gets away when Barry slips on marbles. Harry arrives from Earth-2, and tells Wally that Jessie has decided to break up in order to focus on her vigilantism. Cisco deduces that Becky is a metahuman, with the power of favorable luck while inducing misfortune to others. Barry realizes that the portal he used to escape the Speed Force exposed an entire busload of people, including Becky and Deacon, to transformative dark matter. Wells informs Cisco Jesse has expelled him from her crime-fighting team due to his attitude. Becky’s powers expand out of control, reactivating the particle accelerator, which Harry deliberately allows, rendering Becky powerless and leading to her incarceration. Cisco and Harry identify twelve new metahumans created on the bus. Wally decides to leave on a journey to find himself. The Thinker is revealed to be spying on Star Labs through “The Samuroid” helmet. Joe learns Cecile is pregnant.

Synopsis: When Barry, Joe, and Cisco report to a crime scene, they discover remnants of a mysterious code. Cisco presents Barry with a technologically advanced suit, intended to facilitate his activities. He tests it out, trying to save someone from a haywire car, caused by metahuman Ramsey Deacon. Gypsy arrives on Earth 1 for a date with Cisco, who is forced to cancel it so as to focus on Deacon. Acting on a suggestion from Caitlin, Iris signs her and Barry up for couples therapy to sort out their relationship. Deacon kidnaps a witness, who was previously a member of a tech team who sold him out of his idea. Barry and Wally go to save him, but Deacon uses his abilities to send Barry’s suit haywire. On Iris’s instructions, Barry throws lightning at himself, shorting out his suit. He then incapacitates Deacon, who is locked up in the meta wing of Iron Heights, revealed to be part of the Thinker’s plan. Cisco finally goes out with Gypsy. Wondering how Deacon gained his powers being absent during the particle accelerator incident, Barry and Joe learn from Deacon that there are “others”.

Synopsis: 6 months after Barry went into the speedforce, Iris has become distant, helping Cisco, Wally and Joe to defeat various threats around Central City, but refusing to break down and grieve Barry. When a Samuroid appears in Central City, demanding to face the Flash in battle, Cisco reasons that they have to bring Barry back, but Iris forbids it. Going against Iris’ orders, Cisco tracks down Caitlin to a bar and convinces her to help them get Barry out. The team attempt to retrieve Barry using tech and a modified Speed-Force bazooka. It seems to fail, only for Barry to emerge from the Speed Force 300 miles away. The team find Barry, who appears dazed and confused, continually writing out code on walls. Wally tries to go up against the Samuroid in his place, but is quickly defeated. The team attempts to decode Barry’s code, only for it to reveal the phrase “This House is Bitchin’.” Acting on a piece of advice given to her by Joe, Iris gives herself up to the Samuroid. Upon hearing that Iris is in trouble, Barry’s memories reactivate and he speeds away, rescuing Iris and defeating the Samuroid in a field of wind turbines, who is revealed to be a robot. Caitlin rejoins Team Flash, but is shown to have a Jekyll and Hyde complex with her Killer Frost persona. Meanwhile, the Samuroid is rebuilt as The Thinker contemplates his next move against the Flash.
