In this week's episode, we cover a wide range of topics from personal updates to the latest breaking news in the world of UFOs.

First up, we discuss one Kiara’s recent doctor visits, where she began her weight loss journey and started a keto*ish* diet. BJ also recaps his week, which ends up in a story about his experience with the Barbie Movie and the war of Facebook comments.

Then, we dive into the recent testimonies of former military officials who claim that the government is hiding vital information about UFOs from the public. We discuss the possession of "nonhuman biologics" and the potential implications of the discovery, including the possibility of first contact with extraterrestrial life.
