<itunes:summary>Spirituality, as I use the term, means acknowledging and actively exploring that sense of something greater than the individual that we all have at times. It points to something that takes us beyond the 'small' self and at the same time, shows us our deep connection with all beings.

Here's the important part - it's also very ordinary, 'extra' ordinary in fact and doesn't need to be associated with, or be covered up by woo, jargon (well only the strictly necessary), or personality cults. It's also freely available to all, right here, right now. And it doesn't cost anything to 'see.' Actually that's not quite right. In a sense when we do see it costs everything. We give up being so identified with the small, never satisfied, fearful, small self as it were. But it's worth the price of admission. C'mon in and sit with me a while and let's chat.
