<itunes:summary>Left Field is a fresh new podcast platforming the sports you should be watching that you won’t find on the back pages
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In this age of 24/7 content, money and attention is concentrated on a handful of multi-billion dollar sports. We’re missing out. All over the world, there are hundreds of untold stories to hear: sports with just as much jawdropping talent, nailbiting finales and grassroots passion.

Left Field is a new podcast by and for sports fans. We can’t claim to be experts - but we’ll be your eyes and ears chatting to a series of guests who really do know what they’re talking about: players, fans, researchers from the sports themselves.

The sports that we cover may be niche to us, and don’t get the coverage mainstream sports receive, but to those who play and watch the sport, these sports are just as important and entertaining as football, basketball, cricket and all the rest of them.

Want us to cover your favourite sport, or have a special guest to recommend? We'd love to hear from you. Get in touch at hello@leftfieldpod.uk</itunes:summary>
