<itunes:subtitle>How can we make entrepreneurship more accessible to the aspiring disenfranchised especially those outside traditional innovation hubs?</itunes:subtitle>
        <itunes:author>Tanya Smith</itunes:author>
<itunes:summary>My lived experiences and entrepreneurial journey inspired me to create this podcast. In the startup and innovation world the status quo of venture creation has been one that primarily benefits the privileged. I believe it is time we disrupt venture creation and venture fundraising itself.

How can we make entrepreneurship more accessible to the aspiring disenfranchised especially those outside traditional innovation hubs? What specific resources including financial would need to be created, improved and ultimately implemented? It is my intention to bring you relatable stories of innovators on the quest for solutions to pressing problems. Non-dilutive funding will be centered here, with select discussion of dilutive sources including little to no discussion of venture capital.</itunes:summary>
