We're joined by Emma Linton and Chris Haydock form 1in20ttg for part one of our Charity Stream raising funds for the UK homelessness charity Shelter. Musa Thavar and Mortem face Magistrate Clarke once again and have their sentences commuted for delivering the news of the destruction of the Manford Quarry and Mines at the hands of Shentarn. Annie is placed in the custody of the Scarlett Sirens and a couple of the residents of Renford step forward to assist in trying to come to the bottom of a series of incidents in town that has Renford gripped with fear.

Meanwhile a new acquaintance Annie Valavar is encountered at the Happy Ford and the party encounter a group of real life adventurers in the Scarlet Sirens.

As the party get to know the Siren's Mortem finds himself in a sticky situation when Lydia Nilsdatter a woman of the north takes a liking to him much to Patrica's dislike. And Kada strikes gold with the raven haired Jasmine Braithewaite the Siren's alluring and enigmatic Spellblade.

With Eric's disappearance Kada, Musa, Thavar and Mortem press on driven by hunger and fear of the harsh freezing winter. Hoping that the information Garrick had provided them with was accurate and that a farmstead wasn't too far off. Information that was in fact accurate and wherein the ragtag frozen band encounter Hunter Aram, an Ardorian and former Royal Guard of Athelen. Now a farmer and his wife Clian having settled in the northern reaches of Talan.

Welcoming the party into his home as is the Ardorian way Hunter offered shelter and aid. Only for tragedy to strike and the merciless and brutal realities of life as an adventurer is made all to clear to them all. As grief and a sense of loss weighs heavy on them.

As the Mines are assaulted by a Shentarian Scourge Kada is given aid from a cryptic source and as chaos ensues. Destiny or some other mechanisation set them on a path to freedom and whatever the fates have in story from.
