It's about the French New Wave actress Jean Seberg as she becomes a civil rights activist. Unfortunately, there are so many highs and lows after she decided to stand up for what was right and what was noble.

We know this isn't the typical type of movie that we watch and talk about but hey there's nothing wrong with watching a drama. Honestly, the movie might not be for everyone but it looks beautiful and it has stellar performances. So even if you don't necessarily watch these types of movies why not give it a watch with us?

We've all had enough and we commend those of you that are standing up for what's right in hopes of justice prevailing. We just wish and hope that everyone is staying safe and staying healthy. Don't let violence inflict more violence let things be done peacefully when possible. 

We'd even like to say thank you to all of the essential workers & first responders. Without you guys and gals we'd be even more screwed. So we hope this podcast finds at least one of you fine folks and brightens your difficult days. Heck, we even hope the same goes to everyone affected by this shit storm known as the year 2020.

So here's how it all goes down. After the intro, Dennis will give a countdown starting at 3 and ending at 1. Once he says 1 click play on the movie and you'll be synced up to our commentary. You might not get it exactly at the same time as us but as long as you're within a few seconds of us you'll be A-okay! It helps if you don't have the volume of the movie too loud because you'll get a good chance to hear both the commentary and the movie equally.

So the movie Tommy, Dennis, & Adam are talking over is the Bill Murray classic Groundhog Day. As of the posting of this episode, the movie is currently available to stream on Netflix. But if you have a digital copy of it, a blurry, a DVD, a VHS, a Laserdisc, or even a Betamax of the movie you should be good to go. Okay, I have to admit you might not want to try syncing it up to a Betamax or Laserdisc because I feel like that might be disastrous. So maybe just stick with streaming, Bluray, or DVD, hell maybe even a VHS if you want to kick it old school. Just don't try syncing it up to a TV broadcasting of it that has commercials or you'll eventually lose your place. 

So grab yourself a drink, some candy, some popcorn, or whatever you might enjoy while watching a movie. Sit back, relax, and have a good ole fashion time watching the Movie Toast Unofficial commentary track to Groundhog Day.
