<itunes:summary>Hi, I'm Dan :)

I'm a *mindfulness teacher* with lineage to the historical Buddha.

In 2016, I began a 4-year accredited certification in *Personal Development & Educational Theory.* I'd be qualified already, but old Covid had other plans.

I did manage, though, to marry a smoking hot *Neuropsychologist* during the pandemic, who verifies everything I teach from the academic perspective ✅

This podcast is whatever I feel like publishing on the day. It might be a *guided meditation* I'm releasing to Insight Timer ( insig.ht/dangoldfield ) , or it might be stream-of-consciousness nonsense.

Come see if you find any value, and if you have any thoughts or questions of your own to share, do drop a comment or join my small community. ( https://discord.gg/tXbsRhM )
