Fri, 05 Feb 2021 23:43:49 +0000

Do you love spooky comics? Got a taste for the macabre? Did you watch a lil too much Tales From The Crypt as a child? We're taking a break from the heavy subject matter of King and going through something a little more light-hearted......sort of.

In this episode we're doing the first half of Came the Dawn, a collection of stories illustrated by famed horror pulp artist Wallace/Wally Wood. We've got mad magicians, freak shows, abandoned amusement parks, and many other things that stink of graveyard dirt and the charnel house.

Sat, 19 Dec 2020 18:14:38 +0000

If you're in the mood for some late 90s, early 2000s nostalgia injected straight into your veins, then you'll love the comic we're covering in this episode.

The Couriers, by Brian Wood and Rob G, is a fun, ultra-violent, action-filled romp where the stakes are high but our heroes are always two steps ahead. It's the kind of escapism we long for these days, to be honest.
