Behold the internet! Where an over 8 year search for a holiday cartoon that only appeared in the background of a family photo in 1991 can be solved!

The mystery unfolded on Twitter a couple weeks ago and the mystery cartoon was a Canadian 1991 Xmas special called 'The Gift of Christmas Light'.

We took it upon ourselves to watch and dissect this special for the good of the internet.
