The population of many countries is aging rapidly and few countries have taken enough concrete steps to address a myriad of issues including low/no pay and long hours for caregivers, a lack of national and international standards for the profession of caregiving, the lack of supply of qualified caregiving, and for many families, the high cost an unanticipated complexity of hiring an at-home caregiver.

In this episode, Dr. Lim (founder Jasper Lodge, one of Malaysia's leading assisted living companies), and Andrew Mastrandonas, (co-founder of Pillar Health, a leading home care company), discuss the challenges of caregiving.
