Pain is subjective. Nobody can objectively have it worse or easier than you. Everything you feel and everything you experience is based on your own personal perception of pain. Outsiders looking in on your life will never know the truth, in the same way, the whole world has this idea of the Royal Family being the perfect nuclear family only to find out the horrors that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle faced. Take this episode as a reminder to be brave and bold and know that only you get to decide what is and isn't painful for you. Always remember that you are the only person that gets to decide the type of life you live because you are the only person that gets to live it.

Communication Is Hard
