In 1989 Oregon Department of Corrections director Michael Francke was murdered in the parking lot outside his office in Salem Oregon. In 1990 an arrest was made - Frank Gable - a small time drug dealer with no known connection to Francke. Gable was convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole. June 2019 Gable was released - he will receive a new trial. Here is the story - Who actually killed Michael Francke and why?
