We use an alternative (spirituality based)  approach to understanding the challenges people dealing with mental illnesses face, paying particular attention to some of the detrimental effects they may have in their interpersonal relationships and interactions.We lastly offer up possible solutions that may address mental illness in our societies and cultures moving forward.  </p>]]></description>
