You know that deep longing? That feeling like you always gotta earn love, always gotta prove your worth? Those messed-up choices in relationships? We're diving deep into the real reasons why.

For so many of us, that journey of constantly chasing and earning goes all the way back to the first man who was supposed to be our shield: our father. It's not about blame, it's about understanding the deep, foundational wound that happened when that masculine protection was missing, or even worse, when it was broken.

I share my own truth about being that little girl, desperate for my father's attention, even hitting my own nose just to be seen. And that hard lesson I learned when his presence didn't mean protection. I also open up about the other kind of hurt – when he was there, but not truly invested. He didn't give me the tools, the blueprint for what real, safe love looked like.

This isn't just my story, it's the story of so many women. This feeling of being left out, unprotected, and unsafe – it hooks us into a cycle where we try to 'fix' everyone else, thinking that's how we'll finally get the love and safety we missed. We end up clinging to toxic relationships because they feel like some twisted kind of belonging.

But my sister, it's time for an Inner Reckoning. It's time to stop bargaining for love. Your worth is NOT up for negotiation.

In this powerful episode, I'm giving you 'The Sacred YES to Self' – not some fancy, complicated steps to think your way through when you're already hurting. Nah. This is about giving yourself the hug you needed, telling yourself it'll be okay. It's a simple, fierce promise to yourself:

The Sacred Self-Hug: Learn this powerful, physical way to ground yourself when that familiar pull to earn or prove your worth hits. Reclaim your space, right then and there.

Reclaim Your Power: Understand why this one simple action is a quiet revolution, breaking old patterns and building true, inner protection.

Your Healing Path: Discover simple ways to build your own mosaic of healing, honoring what you truly need.

This ain't about quick fixes. It's about waking up your wisdom and courage to become 'the strong one' – fiercely and unapologetically for yourself.
