Today we talk coaching Steve&#39;s As the long time head coach and program director at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. Steve is coached at every level of competition from youth to the Paralympic Games. His Paralympic athletes have won several medals, though it&#39;s not just the highest levels of our sport that keep him going. His focus is always on his athletes and their lives. He&#39;s careful not to outshine them. Though he has received many national awards for coaching.
