About Me:

I’m Carl Palfree, Founder of CAPhr. I’ve spent more than 15 years helping businesses leaders and HR teams navigate the people side of growth, change and transformation — from restructuring and organisation design to leadership, roles, reward and the way people actually work together.

I’ve worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from SMEs and owner-led companies to private equity-backed and global organisations across the UK and internationally. What I’ve learned along the way is that change rarely goes perfectly to plan - and the best solutions are usually the ones that balance what’s right for the business with what actually works for its people.

Alongside my consulting work, I’m the author of the Inside People Change article series and a regular contributor to Elevate HUB HR Magazine. Carl in 10 is another way for me to share some of those experiences — real examples, useful data and practical ideas about the people challenges businesses face, all in around 10 minutes.
