In October 2022, I left my job for full time ministry. Full time ministry to me is being intent as a godly mother and wife. I was also writing books and having prayer gatherings. Being home was amazing, but my youngest daughter Liv wanted to be home with me too. So, that was kind of hard sending her to school every day, knowing she would rather be at home with mom. 

December 2022, Liv was at school, and she had gotten really sick. And after that, she struggled to go back. She would be so upset to go to school each day and just kept asking for me to homeschool her. As a mom, I thought, there's no way I could do homeschool. I don't have it in me. I'm not gifted to homeschool you.

So, I let it go. I let it go and let it go all while God was working this plan out, and I just had to surrender and say yes. So, January comes, and they're getting ready to go back to school, and she was still not having it.  So, I talked to my husband, and he was a little leery on pulling her from public school.

Probably because he knew I was going to be her teacher, honestly.  But we prayed about it, and we felt God said, this is the time. Let's homeschool her for a semester. I felt like Liv went through major anxiety. It was an awful six months. This anxiety had started in December, and she just couldn't overcome it.

It was just so present every day. It was awful, but He brought something very, very good out of it that I would have never probably said yes to if it wasn't for my baby girl, honestly. So, we prepared. We looked into other micro schools. We went and visited them.

Honestly, I didn't even know what a micro school was. I didn't even think it would be possible to start a school, but I was saying yes. All I knew was to say yes to God and what he had in store. And he just put it on my heart that these schools will be needed. So needed now and in the future. So, we launched Yahweh Academy in August of 2023, and it has been a beautiful thing. 

He brought us the best teacher to lead and teach the precious children we have. Just seeing the students come in.  They love coming and starting their day in prayer and devotion with the Bible. The curriculum is Bible based. It's just a beautiful thing to see what God has done here. We are a year and a half in with 12 students and growing. Please pray for the future of this school and all the other schools God is wanting to open.

Psalms 105:4 says, Seek the Lord in His strength. Seek His face evermore.

He has called us to do hard things. Standing your ground isn’t always easy, but He will give you the strength to do what He has called you to do. Going low in prayer. Worship. Repentance. It is all about how you surrender to God. Humility

Matthew 23:12 says, and whoever exalts himself will be humbled and he who humbles himself will be exalted.

Is He the one that makes the calls or do you? Let Him in. Let Him be the one guiding you and leading you when you have to stand up and do hard things. It is truth. I love truth. I despise nonsense. It really just agitates me more than anything else. We also have to know the timing of the Lord. We have to know, is this my flesh or is this the Holy Spirit that is asking me to say or do something?

Ephesians 6:13 says, Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

We have all the keys we need right at Jesus’ feet. Today, if you are having trouble standing your ground, I ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom and strength to believe.

What are you holding on to? Maybe you are giving some of it to Him, but still feel that unease. Maybe you haven’t given anything to Him and are in full anxiety. What do you need to let go of? What do you need to be set free from? It could be something as simple as what happened in your day, or it could be something you have been holding onto for weeks. Maybe it’s something that happened a month ago and you just can’t seem to shake it. Give it to Him today. Take the peace He generously gives when we lay it all at His feet. Take it. Walk free.

1 Peter 5:7. Casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you.

John 8:36 says, So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Thank God for this. Anxiety and fear can cripple us. This is a normal thing when you do not release. It can take our life and destroy it. It can make us become numb. Don’t let it any longer. Jesus, I ask a special blessing over anyone struggling with not giving that problem or person to you today. I ask that you come in and let them hear and feel you. Let them know you want to take their burden and pain. I ask this in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart. Wait, I say, on the Lord.

Psalms 27:14. Wait on the Lord, have courage, be of good cheer, he has his timing. He has his plan. He will strengthen you in the waiting.

I just wanted to encourage someone today in the waiting season. If you’re waiting on that job or that child to come back. Maybe you’re waiting on a dream that just hasn’t come to pass yet. It’s in your heart. You know it. You’re working for it. You’re dreaming about it. You’re praying about it, and it just hasn’t come yet. Keep praying, keep staying, keep having the faith, having the patience, and know that His timing and His will is the best. Not ours, but His.

So, I’m praying for anyone today, and I ask God to help you keep the faith. In Jesus name, Amen.

I believe we have to take our eyes off of ourselves. Exalt Jesus in His name. Start praising Him. Ask Him to help you forgive and to let go. To forget the worst of it. We need to magnify Him and not our problem or that person. Magnify Him for who He is and how He sees us, in our most difficult situations. Take the offense and drop it. This is not a battle with the other person or thing. This is a spiritual battle. So, you have to fight in the spirit and not the flesh.

Romans 8:8 says, Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

We have to call upon His name, seek His face and remain in the spirit and not our way. I would rather please God than myself, but it is hard sometimes.

1 Peter 3:9 says, And never return evil for evil, or insult for insult. Avoid scolding, berating, and any kind of abuse, but on the contrary, give a blessing. Pray for one another’s well being, contentment, and protection. For you have been called for this very purpose, that you might inherit a blessing from God that brings well being, happiness, and protection.

This verse pretty much says it all. It’s not easy to overcome sin and remain in the spirit. I mean, we are flesh and bones too, but at the end of the day, you will find peace when you fix your eyes on the one above instead and choosing to bless them or that thing.

2 Corinthians 10:3 says, For though we walk in the flesh as mortal men, we are not carrying on our spiritual warfare according to the flesh and using the weapons of man.

Jesus, help us when we want to find our way. Help us not to stray into a mess of a mess. Help us as this is one of the hardest things we may face. Help us see the way, Your way, in Your name, amen.

You are created to be a truth teller. Truth. Authentic. Honesty. Realness. Being a truth teller could make you an enemy of this world. Be prepared. Seek Him in insight and wisdom. Ask Him to be courageous to speak the truth. The enemy will seek to crush you. Have faith and believe. Speaking truth is a very important thing Heaven seeks.

I would say comforting someone is a lot easier than edification. Edification can feel very hard to do, but it actually blesses the other person so much if you can be brave and bold in that edification process and let the Holy Spirit lead you in that, it could set someone free.

1 Thessalonians 5:11. Therefore, comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.

So, I pray just this, to comfort and edify and use those gifts that the Lord has given you today.

Wednesdays I cry. Wednesdays are my days, my days to sit alone on the couch for hours. I think. I pray. I try to dig deep to see where I’m not okay. It’s my time to slow down, to rest, to release. I cry a lot on Wednesdays. I come out around noonish and feel the peace I have reaped. So thankful that our loving God sees us, hears us, and is so very faithful. Take the time, sit, repent, be free from all your insecurities.

Let Jesus in and win. So, friend today, if you need to cry, do it. It’ll make you feel so much better and you will release things that you may not even know that’s in you. I pray today that you can sit and release in Jesus precious name. Amen.

I believe the key for obedience is to meditate on His word. Listen to Him speak to you through the Holy Spirit. Obey and follow what He says. He will lead and He will guide, but you will have to surrender your pride to live in full obedience. Live in the vine, bear much fruit. This is how I choose to obey and walk with you, Lord.

Proverbs 4:13, take hold of my instructions. Don’t let them go. Guard them for they are the key to life.

Being obedient hasn’t always been easy, but now I just yearn to live that way. And I will tell you, it has freed me in so many ways. So, I pray for you today to also walk in obedience. Live out of your flesh and in Him today. Amen.

Hebrews 11:1 says, Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

When our faith is tested, it can be very hard not to have those thoughts of doubt creep in. Once doubt creeps in, I feel like insecurity is right behind. Within a moment, I could have my faith so high, believing in what He spoke over me, and in an instant, the thief can come and take it right away. Maybe it’s been years now, and you have not seen anything. Maybe it’s only been a few short weeks, but you just know God spoke it. Patience is so hard, but He will use those waiting periods for our good. We shall not grow weary in the days in between.

Galatians 6:9 says, And let us not grow weary while doing good for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

So, how do you not lose heart when the days in between are so long? Have hope. Believe what He spoke. Cast the doubt out. Tell those insecurities to leave. You have a loving father that sees.

2 Corinthians 3:12 says, Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech.

We have authority over the enemy and what he puts in our minds to cause us disbelief. Use the authority today to reign over defeat. Live in today.

Proverbs 27:1 says, Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring forth.

Do not miss what He has for you today, doubting what He has said to come.

James 1:6 says, But let him ask in faith. With no doubting for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind.

Boy, is that how I feel when I doubt tossed in the wind and the waves today. I asked Jesus to save us from our doubt and disbelief and show us a new way to praise through it all in His mighty name. Amen.

But oh, how you prayed, how you prayed for change. You prayed and prayed and you still lost your praise. It’s okay. Start singing again today. Start trusting who God says He is. Start today. As really there is no other way. Praise Him with your whole being and start to see the light of day again. Watch how the darkness and the fog slowly shifts.

Praise, and do not give up until you see your overflowing cup. Reap that precious time spent praising Him. Go deeper. Ask Him to pull you out of this funk you have been stuck in. Praise, oh praise Him, I say. Do not give up, reap an overflowing cup.

Psalms 23:5 says, you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over.

Thank you, Lord, for filling our cup. We ask you to come in and take all that drains us and fill us back up in Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

What is keeping you awake? I found myself getting wrapped up in something hard, very hard for two weeks. I was trying to be there for someone and love them and pray for them, because I do love them. I do believe they could be set free. I was consumed by their choices, their pain, and I remained in it. I felt myself slowly fading into this fear. I’m not a fearful person at all. I was surrounded by evil thoughts and ways.

Philippians 1:9 says, In this, I pray that your love may abound still more and more and knowledge in all discernment.

I am a big feeler, which is good because I love the gift of discernment, but this was getting so intense. I cried out and I said, I don’t want to feel anymore, God. It’s too hard and it’s too painful, but that really wasn’t the problem. I was carrying a situation I wasn’t meant to carry. I was holding on tight. I didn’t want to let go. I wanted to try and help God control. I wanted His timing to be right now.

I had to remove myself. I had to say, okay, God, it’s your way. I had to gain my peace back. I had to think on holy and good things while this disheartening situation still remained. There were many sleepless nights and days I would be afraid. I would repeat this verse, Psalms, 91:5, You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day.

If you are carrying a burden you aren’t meant to carry, ask God to take it. He will call us to love, sow seeds, pray, and be there. But if the choices of others aren’t changed, He will also call us out of it. Be surrendered to Him fully and follow His ever loving lead. Be set free in Jesus’ mighty name today.

Isaiah 43:18 says, Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Okay, but how? We need the power of the Holy Spirit to help us grasp, to understand this new thing He is leading us into. We need to accept and grab whatever the Lord is asking us to take. We need to receive fully. In peace. We need to trust Him and not ourselves and rest in the direction of our Heavenly Father that knows all and sees all things. He goes before us, way before us, and clears the way. 

Exodus 33:14, And He said, My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. We can do the new thing because we have Him in us. Thank God for His presence. He wants to bless His children. So go forth, even when it’s hard to understand. 

Jeremiah 17:7, Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. You can rest in the new season by trusting Him. What do you need to trust Him with today?

Where are you putting your trust? Yourself. Man. Trust Him. Give Him your hand. Believe Him. 

Mark 9:23 states, And Jesus said to him, If you can, all things are possible for one who believes. 

All things, he says. All. Soak and know. Read his word. Immerse yourself. Meditate on it. Keep it close. The devil is defeated. He screams defeat. He wants you to carry those burdens deep. 

1 Peter 5:8 reads, Be sober minded, be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 

He wants to throw us into a pit and spit us out. But we win. We have the keys. We fight spiritually by the power of the King of Kings. Don’t let defeat rule you. Be set free, release, be clear, and let go. 

John 8:36 says, So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. 

Believe it, state it, and be free today in Jesus’ mighty name.

Where does it come from? Where does it live? I believe it comes from within. When we don’t surrender. Don’t let go. Don’t let our Father be the one in the know. Control. It hurts, it causes pain. It knows no real name. Let go. Let God take over and see. He has the best will for thee. Let go and fully surrender your heart today.

Wow, control is a hard one because I love to be in control. I love to plan. I love to do. I just love everything about control. But control puts a lot of stress on your body. You end up stressing about everything. And then when it doesn’t go your way, you are devastated. So, I would say today, give your control to the Lord, Jesus. Give it to him. Say, take it, Lord. Take my control. I don’t want it anymore. I want your will your way and I pray for all of you guys today that suffers with control as I do in Jesus mighty name.

You keep loving, you keep forgiving, you just keep on keeping, knowing this too shall pass, because when it does, you look back and remember the time you had, the trial and pain. 

Romans 5:3 says, And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance.

You remember the strength you gained. You go on calling Jesus mighty name.

Philippians 4:7 says, And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 

Hang in there. He will carry you through your darkest of days. Praise, praise, praise, until it all fades away.

She had a shoulder injury two years ago playing softball..but never healed. She kept going through the pain because at the end of the day that’s what mom and dad wanted..for her to play. ..until a few days ago I said Addie do you even want to play anymore..as tears came down she answered with what I knew all along when I seen that passion leave months ago. No. I said it’s ok. 

On the inside I felt a loss a death … this has been a big part of our lives for many years and now at 15 she is done. My heart was broke for her and for me and her dad that ran endlessly. I looked at her and said Addie do you have peace? She said yes. 

I knew right then I had to trust God with the rest. I want to encourage anyone else out there going through the same thing..it’s really going to be ok. We are three days in so it’s still fresh but I see God’s grace in all that’s left.

Release….be set free today…not another week…today I say….today…do not mope or linger, or sit any longer in that pit…yeah the pit is easy, it’s easy to sit and soak….it’s easy to be upset and not forgive…it’s easy…but we are not called to stay in it…we are called to forgive and repent.

So set yourself free today… forgive and repent, release all those bad thoughts…release the hurt and pain, yes it stings but don’t let it remain. Rip the Band-Aid off and get it over with. Stop covering it and tending to a wound that no longer serves you…

Today…Ask Jesus for compassion on the one thing that dearly hurt you…take the steps today to forgive in Jesus name. Be free, be totally set free.

Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Heart checks daily are good because when our heart gets beaten and battered we can feel and see things differently…ask for forgiveness and take the steps to heal.

Ephesians 4:31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Bitterness can kill you…it can take your health…be free today in Jesus mighty name I pray.

Those thoughts then turn into desires, urges…wants…how many moments a day have you let him enter in and stay…his schemes and his ways are evil…his motives and forceful nature can cause roots deep within if we don’t cancel him.
