Today I talked about the definition of overthinking, the causes of overthinking, what behaviors indicate overthinking (some personal experiences ;...) ) and how to control overthinking (wait what?). I still have areas to grow with this topic myself, but acknowledging our tendency to overthink is pretty powerful in itself. Okay. Enjoy.
