Max has a fascinating story. As a child and teenager, he was fiercely competitive — excelling in running, skiing, and even football. But that wasn’t enough. One day, he picked up a book… and everything changed. He shifted his focus from sports to business, diving headfirst into the world of ideas, strategy, and growth.

Today, he works as a trader and is in the early stages of launching his first startup.

Luis Madrid is an IT entrepreneur and artist. He owns a successful IT company in El Salvador, DC NEARSHORE. In the early 2000s, he was already rocking as an IT leader, but his first trip to Texas changed his mind forever 💡. He decided to pursue a new career and become an Entrepreneur.

As every entrepreneur, many challenges happen on his path. And without a doubt, the hardest was to get his first client 😓. However, this journey allowed him to create a company culture and start one of the first fully remote companies in El Salvador and Latin America.

Have you ever imagined living in a country suffering a war in the XXI century?

Many of us might have experienced living in dangerous locations. However, living in a place where a rocket can hit you at any time that's a significant challenge.

A couple of years ago, I met Andriana Dudyk in Madrid. She is a cheerful girl full of positive energy. A couple of months later, she decided to return to Ukraine to continue her life there.

I followed her on Social Media for several months and was impressed by how she overcame a chilly winter with snow, probably with no gas and limited power. Indeed, it was a challenging experience.

During this year (2023), she shared some pictures of her trips inside Ukraine and abroad, teaching us that is possible to live a "normal" life even if some things are not as we would like to. Adaptation is key.

Many times, we are afraid of being rejected and Pierre is an excellent example that you can accomplish more than you can think 👏. That you have more energies than you can believe ⚡. That you can even reshape yourself if you go ahead ⏭️.

Pierre is one of the most resilient people I've ever met. He was rejected countless times, he had called thousands of people and built a career, and even collaborated with politicians. What's more, he even did a career change and joined Oracle. Without a doubt, he is a great example of his "secret" hobby, martial arts 🥷.

Impossible is a word that limits us all the time, but there are some unique individuals that show us that this is only in our minds.

Many years ago, I met Adiel Hercules, the best JavaScript developer I have ever met. He is a self-taught developer who taught himself coding and built a solid career in the IT sector. No formal studies, but just several cups of determination and keep going.

Adiel moved across multiple organizations and in 2021, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, he did a great move, he relocated from El Salvador to The Netherlands. A place where he reset his life.

In this episode, he shares with you some of his tricks and how his passion and determination pushed him beyond his limits, showing that working hard, constantly upskilling yourself and having clear goals are the key to transforming the impossible possible!
