Then we dive into how times are now and what has changed, we look at what in my mind seems to be a cluster of disaster with shot of GTFO shoved in for good measure.  This week is a response to an email request. So we start off with a bit of clarification. We then dig into my beliefs about masks. If masks should be worn and where, I rehash some of the arguments about masks. We look at whose rights are being infringed upon. I give you a in your head moment and we close off with us all sticking together for the betterment of us as the human race!

 We begin this week with an exploration of the turmoil these last few weeks. We look at the new day, Grab a coffee a bit to munch and toss around a couple ideas about why it is a good day. We run a few errands like shopping and take notice of the people around us and enjoy how everyone is acting. Then we realize the lack of anxiety and delve into why the actions we carry influence our mental and physical actions.
