What does it really mean to start building a better you today? In this powerful conversation, Coach Dante P. Johnson challenges you to elevate your mind, take ownership of your identity, and become intentional about the person you are creating. Your mindset, habits, relationships, health, purpose, work, and daily decisions are all shaping who you become, and if you are not intentionally building yourself, something or someone else is doing it for you. Through the idea of craftsmanship, Dante explores personal growth, self-improvement, self-care, purpose, intentional breathing, mental clarity, self-love, discipline, and the importance of becoming the lead craftsman of your own life. You are not someone else's product; you have the opportunity to rebuild, refine, and transform yourself through intentional choices and repeated growth. This conversation also explores how the information you consume, the people around you, your environment, social media algorithms, past experiences, and the habits you practice can influence your thoughts, emotions, identity, and direction. if you are ready to improve your mindset, reconnect with your purpose, take better care of yourself, overcome the things that have shaped you, and become the person you are capable of becoming, this message is for you. Start building a better you today. Elevate your mind. Take the chisel back. Refuel. And become the craftsman of your life.

In this pilot episode of the Breath of Fresh Air Podcast, we explore toxic relationships, emotional awareness, personal growth, healing, self-improvement, and the importance of becoming intentional about what you allow into your mind, body, and life. Instead of becoming what hurt you, learn how to recognize the negative words, experiences, habits, and behaviors you have inhaled throughout you life, and intentionally exhale what longer gives life. Through the iBreathe Mindset and Focused-Intentional Breathing, we explore how creating space, gaining a fresh perspective, and becoming more aware of what you are receiving and releasing can help you overcome toxic behavior, break destructive patterns, improve your mental and emotional well-being, and unlock your potential. Your past may have shaped you, but it does not have to define who you become. Ask yourself: What did I inhale today? What am I holding onto? And what needs to be exhaled? If you're capable of becoming, this conversation is for you. Welcome to the Breath of Fresh Air Podcast.
