Today is the day I have let go of all decisions made toward me, involving me, misunderstanding me, bulldozing me, negating me, minimizing me, overruling me, making fun of me, calling me names, labeling me, talking about me, misrepresenting me, bullying me, making comments that are off base about me to me, having opinions of me and my actions, judging me, pushing me, triggering me, making me feel less than by treating me a certain way, embarrassing me by forcing me to do something uncomfortable and embarrassing, belittling me, talking about me, choosing to be offended by me, not seeing me, not hearing me, not listening to me, using me, berating me, pushing me aside, mishandling me, taking advantage of me and hurting me. 

Today I choose to see the human being as a work in progress that can only feel, see, and do what it can as it can. I know that it's brain can only handle what it can in the moment and therefore does not always have the ability to understand. I know that in a state of overwhelm it will miss things not related to itself and therefore see, feel and know inaccuracies to be factual. I know that every individual is influenced by other individuals with the same. I know that their view does not have to be my view or see me and my actions accurately. I know their opinion of me is not related to me and my actions but their view of me and my actions thru their filter of what they think they know. I know I don't need to judge their view, their actions, and their treatment of me but instead just give it em in a way of believing they have done the best they can with what they are capable of. I know what it means to be human is to error. I do not need to be seen, felt and known in a particular way. I do not need to be everyone's friend. I do not need to click with everyone's idea of a friend. I do not need to correct others view of me. I do not need to prove who or how I am to anyone else. I do not need to hold onto past treatment of me by others. I do not need to resee and refeel in order to release all people, all places and circumstances of the past. I do not need to hold any person accountable for their choices toward me. I understand the actions of others enough to just give it em. I forgive all actions towards me, all words said to me and said about me , all thoughts about my words and actions that have judged me, labeled me and justified others views of me.
