I'm Michael Andrew Weston. Before I tell you more about what I do, I should, first, tell you that I have a knack for knowing. It’s what makes the work I do supernormal. Some would say I have a third eye, I’m intuitive, clairvoyant, or even prophetic. Regardless of how you language it, it is this knowing that enables me to aid clients in getting to the core of their identity. I know when joy, judgment, resistance, surrender, faith, and/or fear are at work. I use this to challenge clients to dig deeper and to find the truth. I believe that if we can get to the truth, we can tap into pure identity and present a business in its truest form.

During the Multi-Dimensional IN·tel·li·gence talk Clifton takes participants on an internal walk through their personal dimensions of intelligence. This walk reconnects participants with and reminds them of the creator that lives and creates from their best self. Participants will walk away with: 1. ABOUT OUR GUEST: My name is Darius Lavale aka The Icon Kidd and my journey has been one of strength and survival, dealing with low self-esteem, acceptance, bullying, abandonment, depression, addiction, and validation. I was born and raised overseas (military brat) and at the age of 12, after my mother and stepfather divorced, we relocated to Augusta Georgia. I am the oldest of three children, but I’ve always considered myself the black sheep.

From the abandonment of a father, that I am just now getting to know at the age of 40, the lack of acceptance from my peers as a child, being teased by the other black kids because my skin color was lighter and a mental health disorder that wasn’t fully diagnosed until the age of 19. In my late teens, early 20s and on and off in my 30’s I struggled with self-medicating in order to cope and deal with life while searching for validation in others and learning to love myself.

Like many other young adults searching for themselves I dove into a world of adult entertainment and escorting as a way of finding validation and acceptance but also in a way to protect my heart from being broken and abandoned. Dealing with bipolar and borderline personality disorder, my life seemed so hard and led me to make a lot of poor decisions which resulted in rape, domestic violence, and promiscuous sex.

Now at the age of 40 thanks to self-love, I have gone back to school and changed my whole way of living and thinking.. My purpose is to help those who struggle with loving themselves as well as helping the underdog realize their self-worth and importance. Addiction is something that I yet battle along with depression, but life has gotten better and I am starting to experience a turnaround. Discovering myself at the age of 39 and finding a new way of living that coincides with my evolution as a human being and spirit has been a challenge yet rewarding.

Rick Werry was born in a small town in Utah. The youngest of 4 kids growing up on a dairy farm. As a teenager Rick loved sports and being outdoors.

In 2007 Rick married his college sweetheart Tara. One year later while building their house, Rick was in a construction accident and broke his neck. His life changed that day as Rick became paralyzed from the chest down. Rick was scared, sad and unsure what the future holds when a nurse came into his hospital room. The Nurse was holding a red pen and a calendar. She told Rick that any time you accomplish something you couldn't do yesterday we will write it down and call it a "Red Letter Day"

Rick has taken that nurses advice not only for recovering from a spinal cord injury, but also as a life lesson. In Ricks "wheelchair life" Rick has accomplished so many amazing things. Rick has a handcycle and rides long distances, plays wheelchair Rugby and is always hunting. Rick and Tara now have twin boys that are their whole life. Rick is a great dad and always playing with the "boys"

Rick has started to compile his life lessons and "Red letter Days" into a memoir, and plans to have it published.

Obituary

Clifton Maurice Holland, was born on Sunday, May 10, 1959, in Salisbury, Maryland, to Consdevella Dixon and the late Ralph C. Holland, Jr. Clifton was called to his eternal rest on Sunday, September 20, 2020.

Clifton received his education in the Wicomico County School District, graduating from James M. Bennett High School, in Salisbury, Maryland, in 1977. He was an avid track star and holds records in the 440 and 880 relays. He also attended Del-Tech in Georgetown, Delaware, where he studied Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

Clifton worked at various poultry plants. He was also employed with the Cape Henlopen School District but, due to health issues, he had to resign after 10 years of service.

Cliff was joined in holy matrimony to the love of his life, Cheryl Harris Maull, on May 9, 1992, sharing 28 years of marriage.

During his teenage years, Clifton joined Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church, in Columbia, Delaware, under the leadership of Reverend T. Hackett. While there, he enjoyed singing in the choir. He later attended Christ's Church in Harbeson, Delaware, and sang with the Jones Gospel Singers under the leadership of the Reverend Martha Tankard.

Clifton leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Cheryl; his mother and pop, Consdevella Dixon (Rev. My Vision

That survivors of abuse and sexual assault will experience healing by stepping into their own power and strength, as well as connecting with other people for support in their healing process.

My Story

My childhood was dark and tumultuous, living under the shadow of my abusive father. Soon after I left my parents house at 18, I met my (now) ex-husband. Married at 20, we went down the same toxic path that our parents had. Several years later after having children and realizing that I didn't want to be chained to repeating the unhealthy generational cycles of my family, I started taking steps to heal and grow for the sake of my children (as well as myself).

I went to counseling. I started training in Kung Fu San Soo. Then I started going to a domestic violence support group. I became a self defense instructor. Left my abusive marriage. Then I became an advocate for other survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

My journey has been paved with hard lessons, lots of tears and rays of hope. I have learned to turn my pain into a positive purpose. My life's mission is to help empower others to take a stand in their life, to go beyond the fear, beyond the pain and find their strength. I understand the struggle. I also understand the joy and freedom of rising up and stepping into my truth and purpose. That is my driving force to help other people. That is why I am creating a support system for others who are going through similar circumstances... because I know the importance of having a tribe of people to help guide you through the tough times. Because together, healing and joy is possible.
