Honey-do list disaster, going to bed angry and two crazy phrases to diffuse a fight quickly

Que the 80’s song…Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting. You guessed it, on today’s episode we’re talking all about fighting with our spouses. Fun family trips and vacations gone wrong

What made us ugly cry, funk moods and self care ideas

The Megs kick off the episode chatting about some favorite TV couples. Meg has been stuck watching too many Disney kid shows and Megan went all the way back to the 90’s to pick her favorite. They also admit some shows they’ve watched lately that have brought on a good cry.

But then they get a little more vulnerable and share some ugly cry moments they’ve both had this week. A random act of vandalism and some personal insecurities brought on the tears. Megan also shares her own past journey with depression and how she is able to recognize the difference between a funk mood and depression. They wrap it all up by chatting about the importance of self care and how that might look different for everyone.

Even in our worst moods and moments, Megan and Meg are quick to remind us, we can always find something good, someway, somehow. We are definitely squeezing the good out of this episode.
