David Graf and Robert Munoz interview Tony McGee, who might be one of the most interesting individuals to ever pass through University of Wyoming and Laramie. McGee arrived at University of Wyoming from Battle Creek, Michigan and made a name for himself on the football field, but he faced plenty of prejudices off the field and from his coaches. He was a member of the "Black 14" and finished his college football career in Texas at Bishop College before embarking on a 14-year journey in the NFL with the Chicago Bears, New England Patriots, and Washington Redskins. He missed only a single game, amassed 106.5 sacks, and won a Super Bowl in 1983 with the Redskins. After his playing days, he's hosted a show for over 35 years in the Washington, D.C. area and been a uniform inspector for the NFL for over 25 years. McGee discusses how he got to Laramie, the Black 14, who was Willie Black, and what exactly an NFL uniform investigator does (4:32).
