Santosh Pandey is an award-winning entrepreneur, political strategist, and educator. He co-founded Offering Happiness, Nepal's largest experiential gifting platform, and Oho Cake, the country’s fastest-growing cake brand. A visiting lecturer at Tribhuvan University and Kathmandu University, he teaches social media and digital marketing. His achievements have earned him recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia honoree, winner of the Global Student Entrepreneur Award (Nepal, 2018), and the Best Startup Kathmandu award at Seedstars 2019. His journey is also featured in the National Geographic documentary Own the Room.

A changemaker from a young age, Santosh co-founded Change Bhaktapur at 16 and has since led youth initiatives like We Inspire Nepal and the US Embassy Youth Council. Since 2016, he has worked as a strategist and social media specialist on political campaigns across Nepal. He is pursuing political leadership studies at the Konrad Adenauer School and is a graduate of the Apolitical Foundation Accelerator.
