But the Fitness Hutch needs to be about so much more than just getting hot and sweaty and throwing weights around, I want positively impact on peoples lives. Hopefully sharing my experience&#39;s both good and bad will do this.

I&#39;ll be focusing on health, well being, fitness and mental health but I&#39;ll also be throwing in the odd story and hopefully pulling in some special guests.</itunes:summary>
