My guest today took that question seriously. He created a list of skills he wants to make sure his kids master before they moved out.

Kyle is a dad of four, from preschool age to high schoolers. I’ve known Kyle for years in a professional setting. I’ve seen his strategy of reverse engineering a goal, breaking it down into smaller steps, and then making a deliberate plan to achieve it. So I wasn’t surprised when he casually mentioned that he had done the same for what he wanted his kids to know before they moved out. We’ll dive in to that, and stick around to the end, because Kyle describes a common problem that nearly every parent of a high schooler experiences, and he shares his unique solution that you can try today!
