While they don’t promote the chasing of an experience, Jason and Darin do believe that scripture is clear about the will of God to experience this life with His people. They hope this discussion brings to light a desire to dig a little deeper into your relationship with Yahweh.

They talk about the Greek word ginosko, which is translated in English to mean “know”. But, It’s not just about knowledge. This word is describing an intimate “know”. An experiential “know”. There are multiple references in scripture that implicate God’s desire for this type of relationship with us. They hit on a few of them in this episode.

Our relationship with God is not just because we chose to seek after Him, but because He first sought after us, and REVEALED Himself to us. We'll look at a few different stories of people coming into a relationship with Yahweh and the implications that had on their lives.

We see words like judge, courts, council, adversary, accuser, advocate, justified, record of debt, wages of sin, etc. but we might have looked over the fact that these are all LEGAL terms.
