Happy Hellworld, everybody! 2025 is over but we can't return 2026 to the store, unfortunately.

We briefly touch on a couple of music news bits that interested us before delving into the meat of the program: our top 5 records of 2025. We hope that if you haven't taken the time to listen to the music we've recommended thus far to give it a try. There have been some truly amazing pieces of music that came out in 2025 and even though the world is in flames, music works as a salve.

2025 is finally over. Great year for music, which is great for us! Bad year for... almost everything else for us here at LFT, but did you see? It's over. We survived.

We're almost to a new calendar year and some of your favs have already released best of lists. Best Albums, Best EPs, Best (Insert Genre Here) of 2025, Worst lists even! We do not take that approach here.

Folks, sorry for the break. Literally. Be careful in the rain. But we're back with a boat load of news! Sad news with the passing of Brian Wilson and Sly Stone. Total bummer. Jenn went and saw Kendrick and SZA, Turnstile is gearing up for Turnstile Summer, LORDE DOING LORDE THINGS, Kesha doing Kesha things like a video that Paul live reacted to, bye bye to Bonnaroo and stage names that really need stronger workshopping. We have our hockey overlords making it two cups in a row, the NBA having a cracker of a series, the San Francisco Giants doing king things, and some unique takes on some common questions. It was a lot of fun, it was incredibly cathartic, and thanks for sticking around. We love you.
