Not budgeting or spreadsheets — the <em>feelings</em> underneath what we buy.</p><p>I&#39;m sharing my own story, starting with the most important twenty-seven dollars I ever spent: two pairs of jeans on my 13th birthday, the first brand-new clothes I ever got to pick out. From there we get into why we spend when we&#39;re not really shopping for a thing at all, why the guilt shows up, and how to start breaking the cycle — without white-knuckling your way through life never buying anything nice.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>In this episode of The Purfect Sunday Podcast:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Why we really spend</strong> — most spending was never about the thing; it&#39;s about a feeling we&#39;re trying to change (stress, sadness, boredom, loneliness, feeling invisible).
