1. Abuse isn’t just physical- there are many forms

2. Men being abused by women is extremely taboo in today’s society. If a man is abused, or is in an abusive relationship it’s taken for a joke; as if a man is weak.

3. Caribbean/West Indian narrative on abuse (i’m sure many other cultural backgrounds can relate)

4. Putting your relationship issues on Social Media- you give people the access to speak upon your relationship without them KNOWING about your relationship

5. Abusers are GREAT at manipulating

6. People you love know what trigger(s) you best

7. BOTH men and women are abusers. seek professional help if you have tendencies that you can’t control

“Risk is Necessary” s/o to my leadership teacher from HIGHSCHOOL Mr. Gartside. I’ve been out of high school for 8 years and now more than ever I UNDERSTAND how deep this phrase goes.
“Procrastination is the ignorance in thinking that God will give you more time”. For the folk that are procrastinators like me, stop playing with the time God gave you. Living out your dreams ‘tomorrow’ when tomorrow isn’t promised
“I want to be used up when my time here is done” i am taking a chance on myself because i don’t want to ever look back and wish i had.
“You get what you think about most, most of the time” i’ve been dreaming of the dream home I want. The dream lifestyle I what... and it wasn’t going to come the way I was living before. What about you?

You just have to start. That’s half the battle. Here I am at episode 19 and it’s only going to get better from here on out 🔋🙌🏽 thank you all for rocking with me and showing love & engaging. it means the world.. stay tuned 😏😘
