It’s beautiful to see people uplift and give back. We also have Mr. Ervin back with us; he was in Nuts & Guts before. Two great men doing their best in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Mentoring is gift to others that involves other elements, such as tutoring, life skills, building self confidence and awareness, training and coaching. The supportive, healthy relationships that are built between mentors and mentees are both equally important. As a community we have great experiences to share.

The Capitol being stormed by ignorance was the mirror the world needed to see when it comes to the true United States. The treatment and lopsidedness in the workspaces or acts of service are all fueled by racism. It's not all of us who live in the US that are racist. It's the mindset of the ignorant people who refuse growth and change despite their culture who are the problem. Black people, my people have to strive to create our own lane, jobs, and opportunities. We cannot keep asking to be in spaces, where we are seen and treated as less than. Be independent, raise your children to make decisions independently that will set them up for success.
