<itunes:summary>
If you walked away from the pews, you aren't lost—you might just be right where the truth was all along.

For centuries, institutional religion taught us that God only lives inside the sanctuary walls, behind the pulpit, and under their rules. But when Jesus was executed, it wasn't in the inner courts of power. It was out in the dirt, outside the city gate, alongside the castaways and outcasts.

As Hebrews 13:13 says: "Let us go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore."

Being outside the camp doesn't mean your faith died; it means you outgrew the control. It means you’d rather sit in the desert with real questions than sit in a comfortable seat pretending you have all the institutional answers.

Outside the Camp is a space for the thinkers, the wandering, and anyone hungry for unvarnished scripture and real history—free from church politics and human dogma.

You don't need a building to seek the truth.

Pull up a chair. You’re right where you belong.
</itunes:summary>

                <itunes:summary>
In this episode of Outside The Camp, we peel back centuries of institutional church tradition and legalistic baggage to examine the Sabbath as it was truly intended. From Pharaoh’s bricks in Egypt to modern religious hierarchies, the world’s systems have always demanded perpetual striving and compliance. We break down how organized religion hijacked a gift of freedom and turned it into another heavy yoke—and what true biblical rest looks like when you step outside the religious machine.

We were handed formulas, performance-based guilt, and corporate religious systems that look nothing like the radical, dusty-sandal truth Jesus actually taught.

In this debut episode of Outside the Camp, we pull back the curtain on why walking away from the religious machine isn't losing your faith—it’s where real life begins.
