<itunes:summary>*“The Other What”* is a podcast that brings together two Atlanta-based  single lesbian women of color who are navigating the intersection of mid-life experience, singlehood, lesbian identity, building community, and living as a multiple “others” in the heteronormative world.

*Sharon* , a Chinese/Singaporian woman, came to America as a very young child with her parents and spent nearly 40 years moving around from Atlanta to New Hampshire to Utah to Seoul -- ultimately landing in Atlanta where she met and immediately bonded with *Désirée* , a light-skinned black, self described “vers soft stud” who also resettled in Atlanta after living in Southern California for several years.

Listen in to these two BIPOC women as they share their unfiltered real conversations with you -- blending humor, authenticity and the issues that can make people uncomfortable.</itunes:summary>
