<itunes:summary>How do we reach our goals when different parts of our self are in conflict? What Narratives do we tell ourselves? Are we even fully aware of them? Do we reconsider them when we say them out loud, or express them outside of our mind? I talk about the major changes in my life, how coffee has actually been helping me sleep, forgiving yourself when you fall short in some way, embracing failure, and erring on the side of optimism, among other things.

I also finish the episode on how I intend to produce material down the road.</itunes:summary>

Recalling our past can provide us with potential solutions to our current problems, and help us understand how we got where we are. This helps us gain control of our lives because we are more mindful of how our behaviors formed, and how we can shift bad behaviors while keeping those that enrich our lives.</itunes:summary>
