<itunes:summary>For most of us, life consists of going to work, paying our bills, browsing social media and occasionally checking the News to see what bad things are going on in the world. As time passes, we grow more and more unsatisfied with our lot in life and increasingly more frustrated with ourselves for not being able to get out of our predicament. We find ourselves adrift from one another. As we turn inward, the outward distance between us expands, we feel isolated from the world. We are anxious, concerned about a future, which will likely consist of the same sorts of experiences we’re having right now. Can we find a path out of our mundane and seemingly meaningless existence, one which will lead us to liberation and abiding peace? This Podcast aims to answer this question.</itunes:summary>
