Miracles and Major Transformations | The April 8th Solar Eclipse and the Founding of the Iroquois Federation

I came across an interesting bit of history, the story of which I wanted to share because I think it’s relevant to our times and to the upcoming eclipse. I will post the final article in the sign series next week.

The story is that of the establishment of the Iroquois Confederacy, the Native American nation on which our US democracy is modeled. My telling of the story follows what is told in the first 11:30 minutes of the video, The Hidden Mysteries Of Ancient Native American Civilizations | 1491: Before Columbus | Timeline. The theme of this story, in my opinion, is “anything is possible” or, alternatively, “miracles happen”.

The article by Bruce McClure that I mention in the video is called The eclipse that marked the start of the Iroquois Confederacy.

Eclipse Season: Bridge to I Am

Sextiles and Opportunity

Mars in Aquarius

Mars entered Aquarius on Feb 4, 2024 and will remain until Mar 22, 2024. These are some of my thoughts on the chart for Mars' ingress into Aquarius.

Pluto in Aquarius | Refuge Within

I had some shifts in the first few days after Pluto's ingress into Aquarius that gave me some insights into Pluto in Aquarius' energy. While Pluto moving into Aquarius is an important shift, the energy of Taurus is also relevant to the archetype and, I believe, the energy that will help ground us through this time.

At the 07:48 mark, talking about the symbol for Cancer, I said, "You can see that as the arms holding the mother." I meant to say, "You can see that as the mother's arms holding the child."

Just caught another mis-speak. At about the 02:15 mark, I said that Jupiter is in Aquarius. It’s not. It’s in Taurus squaring Pluto in Aquarius.

Aquarius and Taurus | Awakening to Our Core Values

I became aware of a core value this morning that I hadn't been aware of before. This awareness gave me insight into the astrological energies at play right now and that will be continuing as Pluto moves into Aquarius on January 20th/21st and Uranus stations direct the following week.

In the podcast, I focus mostly on Taurus and the theme of core values we might be awakening to and how important they are for our well-being and stability.

Mercury in Capricorn | Expectations and Adaptations

This morning, I became aware of a childhood habit pattern I grooved. This awareness gave me insight into Mercury's ingress into Capricorn coming up on January 13th or 14th 2024, depending on where you are in the world.

More thoughts:

I don't think I mentioned the South Node in Libra, but that has to do with past patterns in relationships and so that is what I was drawing on when talking about how I didn't focus on building skill there.
