Overcoming fatigue. What healed mine & what I've seen works - Ep.79

This relates to SO many people I work with and has been one of my biggest life struggles - so I thought I’d make an episode on it!

I started experiencing debilitating ‘fatigue’ (ie it interfered with my living a ‘normal’ life) from the age of 13.

Doctors could never find anything ‘wrong’, and I constantly felt like being awake, and upright was a painful struggle.

Essentially, at any given moment, I desperately wanted to lay down.

I’ve been on a huge journey exploring both physical healing and also mental/ emotional/ spiritual.

What I’ve learned is that it’s about SO much more than the physical, and you can take supplements until the cows come home to no avail.

I have found that this is *intimately* connected to your consciousness.

Since this relates to so many people I work with, and I’m very regularly helping people overcome fatigue (I know that might sound random, but really, it’s not), I’ve made an episode for you.

Exploring what I think causes fatigue and how to approach it if you’re experiencing it too!

Here’s a question that comes up a lot; ‘how do I know whether to stick with something if I’m meeting resistance (within myself or externally) or whether it’s a sign it’s not aligned, and I should let it go?’

On the one hand, you don’t want to just give up if it is just resistance and you need to push through…

… on the other hand, you don’t want to be ignoring signs from the universe.

It’s an excellent question that essentially comes down to this; ‘is this resistance OR is this a sign to stop?’

In this episode, I share with you how you can determine or yourself which of those it is to make sure you’re living powerfully and not falling into dysfunctional patterns on either side of the fence.

It's symbolic of the world we live in that the most offensive word in the English language, so offensive a large portion of the Western world won’t actually say it, is a word that describes female genitalia… isn’t that interesting.

And you know what? I wasn’t always this way, it’s a relatively new thing! ‘C*nt’ wasn’t always an offensive word. In fact, there is even a Hindu Goddess Kunti - an ancient goddess of wisdom and fertility who symbolises the beauty and power of the female body.

It’s no mistake that ‘c*nt’ was made into such a shockingly offensive word as female sexuality has been demonised and degraded by patriarchy. If we as womxn want to rise up into our power and do so for the collective, I believe we need to let go of any negative association with ‘c*nt’ and see it for what it is, a word that describes this magical portal of ours that births life!!
