But for now, in order to make a more perfectly calm brain, I need to take a break from social media.....and yet I can't. I am too hooked on the memes and stories and the comments on social media. Surprisingly, I have had multiple takers on the offer and we have had some fun jam sessions with 12-13 of the kids together on a Sunday afternoon barbecue. This recording was one of the older kids, first take and she did pretty good.
