Episode 4: THE 2024 First and Final Mock Draft Episode

Finally, our first and final mock draft episode of this draft season. This episode is the full recording of our podcast, where, in one take with no breaks and no snacks, we go over our picks for all 30 teams in order in the 2024 NBA Draft. Jeff starts off with the first overall pick and drafted for all the odd teams, and Noah drafted for all of the even teams, including drafting for his beloved Celtics.

We ambitiously set the over/under to 10.5 for getting at least the player draft order (not necessarily in their exact NBA team pairings) correct. One of us is painfully optimistic, and the other is more realistic.

Like it was for other draft analysts, their draft stocks fluctuated with us throughout the year, but we ended up with a lot clearer insight on both players, along with their roles and potential comparisons, and, of course fantasy implications.

Spoilers: we came away higher on them than when we started.

Special note: this podcast was recorded shortly before tipoff of Game 4 in the NBA finals in which we thought the Mavs were cooked, so there may very well be some comments that aged poorly.
