It all started when we were toddlers in Brantford Ontario, and our father flooded our backyard and froze it over so that we could discuss ice hockey all day and all night. While we were still in Pee Wee we eclipsed all youth podcasting records with a 378 minute episode. We signed on to cover the Indianapolis Racers of the WHA but when that organ-i-zation folded, we podcasted for the Edmonton Oilers. We were then absorbed into the NHL when we were teenagers. Since then we have dominated the hockey podcast landscape, and to this day we have more shitty guesses at trivia than any other podcast has ever had in total trivia questions. So even if you promised Mess you wouldn't do this, I recommend tuning into THE GREAT ONE, EPISODE 99 of FRIENDS AND RIVALS!

These things could never come to pass just because we have 13 episodes. It's not unlucky. It's just a baker's dozen of FRIENDS AND RIVALS and you're lucky to have us.
